Livestrong at the YMCA

A free 12-week wellness program designed for cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their disease and/or treatment. The focus is on cardiorespiratory fitness and strength training with the outcome of the class being overall wellness and confidence. Individuals will work with an Exercise Specialist.

Reach to Recovery

The American Cancer Society offers trained breast cancer survivors who provide information and support to help women meet the physical and emotional needs related to their disease and its treatment.
